Another Blog?
Hear us out. We’re not blogging, as in the verb, per se. We’re using a web publishing platform meant for blogging as an easy-to-use, outward-facing communication tool. Think content management system. Think instant-gratification, digital, auto-archived, indexable newsletter: no postage, and always available with an internet connection. We’ll publicize assignments and candidates. We’ll use it as a placeholder for our static policies. We’ll share occasional tidbits and gossip. We’ll certainly try to keep the rants to a minimum. We’ll do our best for it to not look like a teenage MySpace page, although we could probably use their help to make it interesting (minus glowing marijuana leaves with animated 420s). No promises. We’ll use it to post some of our more repetitive metaphors, policies, and procedures.
